Kompayak Fairtex faced a tough test on Tuesday 14 TH March, at Lumpinee Stadium Bangkok against Chaiyo Sunkilabarnnon, a young, tall, strong opponent hungry for success.

Kompayak fought a smart, technical fight, covering up well from his opponent's dangerous punches and elbows and picking him off with well timed round kicks. In round 4 Kompayak was out pointing Chaiyo, using sharp counters. |

Chaiyo started to push forward more and started coming in with jumping knees.
Kompayak had Chaiyo backed onto the ropes when he unleashed a vicious elbow strike that hit Chaiyo squarely on the chin, Chaiyo was out cold and the referee saw there was no need for a count, raising Kompayak's arm as the winner by stunning K.O in the 4 th round. |
